Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. If you would prefer faster shipping, you may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise noted. During holidays, seasonal launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are unable to verify whether an address entered at checkout is correct. If you need to update your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change before your order ships.

Please note that delivery times provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered by the carrier.
